SERVICES Casetta LLC provides property management, maintenance coordination, unit turn services, and related services in the San Francisco Bay Area. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM Program Name: Casetta Service Notifications Program Description: Transactional and service-related SMS notifications including appointment confirmations, technician dispatch alerts, job status updates, service completion notices, and property care communications. Message Frequency: Varies based on service activity. You may receive multiple messages per service appointment. Message and Data Rates: May apply depending on your carrier and plan. To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To get help: Reply HELP or contact info@casettasf.com or (415) 894-2732. By providing your phone number to Casetta LLC you expressly consent to receive SMS messages. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. SERVICE SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS Appointments are subject to availability. Casetta LLC may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement. PAYMENT TERMS Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. All fees are in US dollars. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casetta LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California. PRIVACY Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at casettasf.com/privacy-policy.
